Placement Support Center
The New Board Program is not just
about transferring knowledge to participants. It is also
about training participants in behavioral aspects of the
non-executive position and exchanging non-executive
experiences. It is part of the New Board Program's
philosophy that the individual participant is
responsible for acquiring a non-executive position.
However, the Placement Support Center actively supports
participants through four types of activities:
- The
provision of 'public' vacancies via the New Board
Program E-Portal
-
Connecting participants to professionals in executive
search
- The
stimulation of industry-related professional networks
(e.g. health care)
- The
NBP network (Nyenrode, participants, faculties, mentors,
alumni, etc.)
